Good and comfortable.

the location and breakfast.

The sauna!its the coldest sauan ive ever experienced, And the old bartender at the bar he ia rude and slow. The hotel needs to find a replacement who is nice and know how to speak English..most of th guest the are 80 germans and other nationalities who doesn't speak spanish.

Great location with nice sea view. Breakfast was amazing! Room very spacious with a nice balcony.

We were a couple and got 2 single beds instead of a double bed. Bathroom not clean, mirrors very dirty and floor as well.

Great location

Hotel’s location is amazing: no need to go anywhere - a beautiful beach with crystal clear water is right in front of the hotel - which was great as the weather was a bit unstable during our stay. All we had to do when it was starting to rain is to make 15 steps to hide in the hotel. In the area there are plenty of restaurants and bars.

The hotel is pretty old and needs some refurbishment. Our room was spacious but the furniture needs to be renewed, especially the beds and mattresses.

Amazing sea views, hotel directly at beach

The hotel is located directly at the Son Moll beach, the view from the room and from the terrace (breakfast & dinner) is breathtaking! Breakfast was very good, with lots of options (for example Crêpes every day), fresh fruits and very good coffee. Breakfast was until 10, but I heard they will change it to 10:30. Also there's a new indoor wellness area, with a small heated pool, jacuzzi and a nice sauna. Personnel was also very friendly and helpful. I didn't want my holiday to end, I will for sure return again.

The furniture and the door makes noise (bathroom door) and you can hear this noise from other rooms. They could put pads under the chairs to prevent this noise.

Wonderful

Great food and selection. The breakfasts were great and there is something for everyone. Themed dinners were nice. I would just appreciate basic drinks included. The staff was helpful and I have to highlight the tranquility and absolute cleanliness.

Squeaky beds and he wasn't very willing to deal with it. I had a late arrival and was informed in advance that I should get a cold dinner, unfortunately I was not offered anything at the reception, neither was my wife when she arrived, so we paid for one dinner extra

This hotel was a great stay it made my day

BREAKFAST WAS OUTSTANDING MUCH TO CHOOSE FRESH EVERY DAY. The hotel was right on the beach in a quiet cove Lovely big pool and also spa and nice pool..Dinner was also good,, Great service from reception restaurant excellent . The manager was very nice and polite,, Quiet at night ,big bedroom bed was good big bathroom, clean.

The man playing music at the pool had no idea about nice music it was horrible what he played.

Big room, helpful front desk.

noisy air condition. we had to keep it running all the time to have room cool - otherwise it was inefficient. The room was located far from the pool which saved us the party noise… but it was very loud from the lobby. Tiny safe - won’t fit 15” laptop. 13 fits only after removing the shelf. Food - average. not many options for vegetarians. I was hoping for more Mediterranean food - most was continental. Gym very small and hot. Poor bar at the poor - one bartender, serving beer. Not recommended.

I would rate it 3* (not 4). It is not new, but if you are not posh, you can have nice comfy stay.

Perfect location. Perfect shower. Enough storage places.

Breakfast - if you need gluten-free, diary-free, egg-free - very hard to chose something. Dinners much better - not each day. No drink included at dinner (in half-board), a glass of water 2,20eur. I do not like beds and pillows. I miss the rope for drying towels and clothes.

Our stay was ok for the price we paid.

The room was big enough for 3 of us and the location is everything. Though it would probably be better to book a room with a sea view. Some of the people working in the reception were extremely helpful especially Daniel! We didn't expect much after reading the reviews but it turned out ok or better than the reviews had told us.

Breakfast got really boring after couple a days, always the same option and the same line for the pancakes which can be done differently so that the line wouldn't get too long. Dinner was the same got really boring after a few night so we ate mostly in restaurants after 4-5 days staying there. Also the internet connection is bad, only works best in the lobby. The floor in our room was not always cleaned and our bed was always made awfully except for one day I think.
